He argues that the demands of the new economy require people to internalize and deal with issues such as flexibility, de-layering, teamwork, etc. Sennett argues that rather than having secure and stable jobs, the job market has become fluid in nature with employees having to take many jobs across different places as jobs are no longer secure and stable. ![]()
